I'm sure it's nowhere near the best progressive death metal in the world. Anyways, I think 'extreme progressive metal' is a better moniker for Opeth than progressive death metal. If you listen to their guitar, general song dispositions, drumming, etc. you'll hear that the title of 'death metal' is somewhat misleading. -daniel2026@aol.com
