I want to say some words about some comments i see all the time about not upload the albums in hosts like megaupload and rapidshare. I think this will generate discussion, but i'll do it anyway.
I'm getting fucking tired of it, it's not our fault if they doesn't work to some people. We can't spend our days downloading and re-uploading albums just because of this problem. There's no fucking way of making everyone happy.
It's a hard work to keep this blog up to date, so people need to show us a little respect. If you're having problems with one the hosts, ask us to upload in another host, and if we have anytime, we'll do it. If anyone have another link, send to us. There's no reason for comments like this:
"Hey you fucking pOoky, i told you... we don't want you upload in rapidshare and megaupload... please upload it in AxiFile or Uploading.."

No fucking kidding. This is a service we're being provided, and a damn good one at that. You're yelling at fans of the same kind music who are graciously providing their time to expose us to new music. Any fucker who complains, piss off. I, for one, truly am thankful for the uploaders.

I support this and every other blog that does this kind of stuff, and of course, really, really appreciate it. I know you can't make everyone happy, knowing the number of music fans. Don't pay attention to comments where people insult all of you, because they are ungrateful and stupid. But, some of the critics are good for you and you should consider them.
ReplyDeleteI wrote one comment once asking not to upload in rapidshare, because of their usernames and passwords, but on every other uploader I don't have problems. So, you do your 'job' the way you can and I hope that most of the people will be satisfied with it and respect what you do. And after that, we can all enjoy in great music! Bye!

I started a blog myself a couple of days ago and i must say that it's really a bit annoying sometimes. Ok maybe, its also beacuse of the lack of visitors and i'm afraid some links could die without any download. Well keep this blog up, i added you to our links. Hope you do the same.

Absolutely fucking right, couldn't agree more, thank you for all your efforts. As it happens I can't get Rapidshare to work - so what - I'll just look for something else. I've been collecting music for more than 30 years, and what you guys and others like you are doing is bringing an amazing wealth of stuff we never could have expected to find, never mind pay for, and maybe we won't get in future.

ReplyDeleteHey,there many ways to make that RAPIDSHARE and MEGAUPLOAD it works, just get more informated about. for example :with the RAPGET program I download the albums one after other ,and even i can stop and continue the next day,the same archive.

ReplyDeleteThere are too many nice albums here but we got big problems with Rapidshare and Megaupload in Vietnam and it is not easy for us to buy their account (technical issues).
I tried the latest version of Rapget already and it did not work.
I believe there are some other hosts that are easier to upload and download, my most favorite one is www.yourfilehost.com . Your file will last 14 days after the last downloading.
If you need a helping hand from me, I will join in with pleasure, of course I must get the source first.

Problem with Rapidshare is the limits and they delete stuff more... Megaupload is all right but can get annoying with adds and other crap... Sexuploader is same as Megaupload but maybe it is less likely to be taken down... I'm just glad to get to listen to lot of these bands...
Would really like to see Arckanum stuff after Kampen... I bought the first three albums right when came out... Never had any luck finding the rest or even heard them...

ReplyDeleteWhen i copy and paste a link, first i listen to it. I don't post any link without listening to it. I donwload the album, listen to it, if i think it is something to post here, i post. I'll not upload it again, why do that? Tell me... i don't spend my time on the internet trying to find links to copy and then paste here, i spend my time trying to find good stuff to listen, and then post here. I've uploaded albums so many times, albums from my own! I can't do that anymore, because i work and study, and on weekends, i go out to relax with friends, go to the beach, make sex with my girl and good stuff like that... that's why sometimes i do copy and fucking paste... tell me, is there anything on internet that has not been copied from some place else???

Yousendit isn't very good, cos the files get deleted after a week... the ones I said keep them for a month I think. I don't have problems with Rapidshare or Megaupload either, but if I can't download something I request it and wait for it to get posted, cos saying bullshit and insulting the posters will only get you into into a worse situation.

ReplyDeleteAll the links i posted here where you'll find "by pOoKy" is posted by me, there is only one album which was taken from another website, and then i've not mentioned "by pOoKy", and the other album where i thanks someone, it's when the guy mentioned uploaded something to me and say me that i could put this one here, so, all the links here (except one so...) are made by me or friends of me, and if you'll find the same links on other blogs, it's that the people from others blog take my link to put on his blog...
For real, i don't care if people do that, but if they do, i just want that they say something like "thanks to pOoKy from http://download-full-metal-albums.blogspot.com/ for uploading this stuff" or something like that...
So, now i still upload on megaupload and rapidshare because it's the easier way to upload file i think, i have no more trust in uploading, and i'l try to upload sometimes on axifile or other, but i'll continue to upload on MU and RS... sorry for the others!

But it is very demeaning to rant about cursing the guys that have been doing a good job painfully uploading albums for people like us to download and explore new genres and music.
